No eggs, help!

I have 5 hens, the reds are 29 weeks, barreds are 30 weeks and we aren't sure of the black hen, she was given to us. She was already laying when we received her a month ago and since has been very consistent. 2 days on 1 day off. Until this weekend. She hasn't laid in four days. None of the others have started laying either. She last laid a nice large egg last Thursday. We found a very tiny darker brown egg on Friday which we thought may have been the first egg of one of the other girls. Nothing from anyone since. They have all been on laying feed since 19-20 weeks old. Any help??
 
It really boils down to the "waiting game" with our girls....drives you crazy, doesn't it?? I see you are giving them layer feed. Can you post some pics of the interior of your coop so we can see your nesting box setup...could be they're not liking them for some strange reason. Do you have golf balls/phoney eggs in the nest boxes to coax them?
 
I can't get pics of the inside right now, it's storming outside, but I can later. There are 3 boxes each with pine shavings for a comfy spot. They sleep in the boxes at night and the one girl that was laying always uses the same box. I haven't put any decoy eggs in yet.

Ah-HA!! What you just said just may be part of your problem! ...."They sleep in the boxes at night..." . Your girls should never be allowed to sleep in their nesting boxes. Makes for dirty, unclean boxes and they will not 'relate' the nesting box to where they're supposed to lay...they think it's just for sleeping....aaack!

Since you know which box it is that your one hen who is laying uses, leave that one open, but the other two boxes? Slap a piece of plywood up over those other two for sure. If you have to, literally "put" them up onto their roost bar for a few nights until their little chicken brain lightbulb turns on "oh! that's where I'm supposed to sleep!"

Oh wow, well I had no idea. I thought it was a good thing they slept in them. Haha ok, I'll fix it and try the fake eggs too. Thanks!
 
It may have to do with less sunlight hours that is starting to happen. I also am having this problem and I just put in a florescent light on a timer that goes on at 5 am off at 7am on at 7 p.m and off at 9 pm. The hours in between my chick our outside their coop. They need 14 hours of light to stimulate them to lay.

I've considered this too and plan to add a light this weekend. I expected them to start laying almost 10 weeks ago! :/

the marans are interesting, I had a pair that would lay consistently for 6 out the 7 days provided they were free to roam the garden every day, however if I didn't let them out the coop often enough it reduced to 1/2 or no eggs pre week, the laying would improve again when regularly let out .. id say moody girls give them time

Just like to add, they have a decent size run but not good enough to get them laying
