I have heard of OAMC from the recipezaar site. I love that site there are great recipes.I haven't real tried many of them.
The sauce was better before I canned it and it may have been power of suggestion as the u-pick-it site said that when you canned sauce with meat it tasted like chef-boy-r-dee. I can quickly throw together a sauce but I am often tired and just want to heat up my own food. And I love the idea of canning. I actually enjoy it.
I would love to know what your friend mixes with her ground venison. I would love to try the recipe. I may try to package my own this year as I have a food saver and I can- can...
