Skinny chicken. What do I do?

Hi,
Ya know just the stress of the move could take a bit of weight off her. I wouldn't give her any Corrid in her water. one tea per gal of water and change daily for 7 days. But I don't like giving chemical treatments unless I know for sure that is whats needed. She looks fine............................ As far as worming with safeguard or pancur paste see below:
Small = 10mg ( .1cc) = enough for a 200 gram (7 ounce) bird at 50mg/kg
Medium = 25mg (.25cc) = enough for a 500 gram (17 ounce) bird at 50mg/kg
Large = 50mg ( .5cc) = enough for a 1000 gram (35 ounce) bird at 50mg/kg
50 mg/kg is what my vets recommended Hard to overdose by mg's / difference is small pea or large pea in comparison. I give a large dime size dose to all my birds they range from 6-8 pnds Cochins (plump Cochins)
give orally by holding your hand over the head placing one finger on one side of the beak and the thumb on the other squeeze gently and it will open slightly just enough to get the wormer at the back of the mouth. They will do the rest. after that it is fall and the best natural wormer is pumpkin seeds. They will monitor their intake. If you are feeling a bit intense you can also mix some garlic and nasturnum flowers together with the pumkin seeds all work toward that same natural goal. If she is starting to lay eggs remember not to consume them for at least 7 days after any chemical treatments.
http://www.diatomaceousearth.com/de-farm-uses/ great for keeping those little blood suckers off your chickens and out of the coop. Only works if dry so a wash basin with it and maybe a little ash so they can dust works wonders

Thanks so much for everyone's input and advice. Especially for the info about the breastbone, I really don't have much to compare her to since I've only ever had one chicken that I've handled before. Precious, my first chicken is a bit on the portly side, and I've never felt her breastbone at all but she is older than the new chicken. I'm happy to hear that the overwhelming consensus seems to be Easter Egger because I sort of bought her because I thought she was an Easter Egger too even though the person who sold her to me said she was something else. I guess I'll find out for sure when she lays her eggs but no she's not laying yet. This Thursday will mark week three of quarantine. Anything else I should do during this time with either chicken?

We have 2 that look exactly like yours and we bought them as Buff Brahma chicks.  Supposedly calm and good egg layers.

Be careful with her in that dog crate during the night.  We had a chicken in one, up against the house, with a box inside.  Something got her during the night and pulled her apart right through the bars.  We felt terrible!!
My husband made her a temp coop that we lock her up in at night so nothing can get her. We have lots of raccoons so we are overly cautious

When I read this original post, I went outside and felt all my chickens. I know that my three 1.5-year-old Red Sex-Links have a rather prominent breastbone. You don't see it, but feel it when picking them up. I can feel my Light Brahma's breastbone, too. And that of my two Japanese bantams. All six of these are last year's chickens and laying exceptionally well.

Then I picked up all five of my 16-week-old pullets: a Silkie, Cochin, Ameracauna, Speckled Sussex, and Wyandotte. The breastbone of these birds weren't jutting out like I could hurt myself on it, but I could feel it on all of these pullets as well. Isn't this normal? Could some of you other chicken owners feel your chickens' breasts (sounds odd) and let me/us know whether you can feel the breastbones?
. I'm starting to think that my Precious, who's breastbone I cannot feel is just overweight. The only reason I thought I wasn't supposed to feel her breastbone is because I couldn't feel it on Precious. I am a total chicken newbie but I am learning a lot here. :D

sirrham: do you or does anyone reading this know if the chickens WON'T eat the pumpkin seeds if they don't have worms? I bought a pumpkin and broke it in their run and some ate the seeds and some didn't.

Coyote or racoon... small plastic mesh along the inside walls and anything along the outside that makes noise. Bells, pop cans with stuff inside them. prevents that. It also happened to me and my pullets were about 2 1/2 pounds each at the time..Grabbed three of them Gruesome.
