American black duck thread

Does any of you all have a 'American Black duck' I think my male is one instead of a mallard... my duck looks like this one that is flapping his wings in the photo,

but its not him... I will try and get some more photo's of my duck 'Splash'... Do you have pics of your ducks?? we all would like to see them! This is the 'American Black Duck' Thread advice on them will help for me and others.

he is 6 months old….. He has no sex feather… Yellow bill and has a short high soft mer-mer… he is a he "I am sure" I can get a pic..
the smaller one is him.. by him are his 2 rouen females

He's very handsome but he does not have the correct coloring for an American Black Duck.
