I agree that livestock or any animal for that matter should have clean water and good quality food. After all we don't drink muddy water and eat moldy food do we? Anyone who gets animals needs to realize that it WILL be a big responsibility and the animals deserve no less than perfect in my opinion.

I do sometimes, actually. I am way to blase about my own food and water but a heck of a lot fussier about my animals, generally take better care of them than of myself. I was raised feral, it's not my fault! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

(Jokes aside, I'm well aware of the risks, and don't muck around with certain kinds of contaminants or molds, but others are less of a worry.)
