I would really like to feed my hens corn/soy free feed. We currently use wheat, barley and oats. Does anyone have a surefire recipe that won't slow egg production?

I doubt it - there's a reason those grains are used. They work.

If you're going to make your own food, you'll need a premix (basically chicken vitamins and nutrients), and then you'll need to mix grains to hit the right protein, calorie, etc, numbers. It's a lot of work, a lot of math, and you'll most likely see decreased performance in your birds.

Most of the non-corn foods are inferior to the more common corn based commercial feeds.
