How old is this easter egger?

I bought this little pullet from a local farm last week. She claimed it was an "Americauna" but I'm pretty sure she 's just an Easter Egger, because I only paid about $5-$10 for her. The farmer wasn't sure what age she is, because she always has chicks hatching out year round. Can anyone tell me based on these pictures? My 24 week old rooster and hen are constantly bullying her, and the other pullet I bought (who is a RIR).
So basically, does anyone know how old she is? The RIR is supposedly around 20-24 weeks, but she is so small compared to my Buff Brahma.

From what I can see, I'd put her at early point of lay, say somewhere between 17 and 23 weeks. He comb just doesn't look quite mature enough to start laying yet.
 
She looks about 18 weeks old to me. I don't think she is younger than that, or older than 24 weeks or so.
