I posted about my EE a few weeks ago. The hatchery assured me it was highly unlikely I received a rooster, but it sure looks like a roo to me. What do y'all think? Thanks! Pics were today, it's 12 weeks old.

That is a rooster!
Here's why-
1. First thing I see is those tail feathers. Glossy green sheen, long and pointy. Tell "tail" sign of a roo.
2. Hackle feathers. A sure sign of a roo. It's those long very narrow feathers at the base of the tail. Hens don't have em
3. That dark red patch on the wings. An indicator of a rooster. Brown roosters usually have a dark red patch on their wings.
4. Lastly, the comb. That's a nice big boy comb right there.
