When to mix chicks!!!

I have a four week old Pekin I was wondering when I could mix it with my larger breeds if even possible these breeds included Anconas brown leghorn and is a browns please help!!!

Mixing a single chick in with a flock if it hasn't got a broody for protection (you don't say if it's broody or incubator hatched) is dangerous, particularly when you have dominant breeds as you have. I would start with it in a cage in the hen house/run so that the other hens can see it and get used to it. Then after a few weeks I would chock the cage up on come bricks so that the chick can come out when it feels comfortable but get back into the cage if it needs to get away from the other hens. I brick high should be enough for the chick to be able to duck underneath but not allow the hens in. It's a good place to keep food and water for the chick even after it is integrated, so that it always has access to food, in case the adult hens don't allow it to get food. I would make sure you can be near at hand for the first couple of days that you chock the cage up so that you can intervene if the chick gets bullied.
If the chick has a broody mother who was previously part of the flock I would again give them a few days/week in a cage, where the other hens can see them but not get to them before letting them out with the others under supervision when things look settled.
Another alternative would be to get some other chicks of a similar age because the single chick will find it hard to integrate with adults Keep the chicks together for a week or so to bond and then let them loose, but it's always good to have somewhere they can get into that the adult birds can't as a sanctuary and feeding station.
