Well ive had these two austras for a month and they arent laying... Now im curious as to the reason for their noticeable differences. It looks like a roo but has no fluffy tail or spurs
 
I had got 4 total but gave the other 2 to a friend didnt really notice this till i had just these 2 running around

I would suggest taking a nice photo of each bird that shows the whole bird (beak to tail, legs included) so we can look for key indicators of gender that will be visible.
 
Well, that is an impressive comb for a hen on the top photo, but I can't say the feathering exactly identifies it as a rooster... yet. How old are they, do you know? They may be a bit slower to develop. My guess at this stage is one is a cockerel and one is a pullet.

I think the lady told me they were 8 or 9 months
