Roo With Broken Beak

My favorite roo, CockyMonkey, broke the end off of his top beaks somehow. Is this causing him pain and if it is how can I help him? Will it grow back? He's acting normal and is able to eat. Thanks in advance for any advice.
 
Depending upon how far back he broke his beak, it may or may not be causing him pain - this will also dictate whether or not it will grow back. If he is acting normal and is able to eat, just wait and see how things go with him.
