So I just noticed that one of our 4 11 day old chicks has an eye that won't open. When I try to peel the lid open it looks kind of milky? Is this an Injury or something else?

It's likely to be an injury; they are bad to peck each other's eyes. You could pick up some antibiotic ophthalmic ointment at the feed store for it.
