I was curious to know what the definition of "pet" is to an HOA. In our 7,700 condo no pets are permitted meaning no dogs or cats. But if someone owns a parrot, guinea pig, hamster, snake, its ok. Why? This is a senior complex and it is time for seniors to speak up. Thousands of lives of our dogs and cats could be saved if a senior was allowed to own one. n It prevents loneliness for both. Please give me your opinion. Thanks.
