It is a failure!!!!!! 
Ok not a complete failure, the chicken is good.. but no slightest taste of apple. No sweetness, nothing unusual.
Maybe apples don't have a taste strong enough for this use. Or maybe I didn't feed it long enough.
Oh well!
Here are my snow chickens! lol I let them rest 3 days and yesterday I froze some of them as full chickens, others as skinned full chickens and butchered the largest birds in breast, thighs, etc.
Of course I kept the carcasses to make a soup
But they were overall, pretty small. I couldn't get much breast from most of them.
