Blood inside egg.

I have two Buff Orpington pullets which have started laying a couple of weeks ago, and on monday, I colected eggs from them and when I cracked open one of them, it had blood inside, here is a picture

Also, its the first time that this has happend to me, what could it be? Could it be not safe to eat if i get another one like that one?
 
Safe to eat and entirely normal to find eggs like this. Some people find it difficult to get past a mental block about eating such eggs, but there is nothing about it that could harm you.
 
When the yolk 1st develops it's attached in the ovary by a membrane of tiny blood vessels. When the yolk detaches sometimes little bits of the blood vessels come off with it and get incorporated into the egg. If the blood is in the white of the egg it means there was some bleeding in the oviduct while the egg was being formed. That might happen if a blood vessel breaks from straining while the hen is trying to pass the egg.

Occasionally finding small amounts of blood is pretty common and nothing to worry about, especially if the bird has just started laying. However if you're finding larger amounts of blood or the eggs frequently have blood in them it could be a sign of a health problem or defect in the hen's reproductive organs.

The eggs are still safe to eat. It just tends to gross people out. Factory eggs are passes through a sensor or candled and any with spots are thrown out...which is why we're not use to seeing these kinds of spots in store bought eggs.
