black sex link hen walking sideways

Help! My hen is almost like falling sideways when trying to walk..she is able to right herself and walk run but. How do I treat this?
 
How old is she? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? I would check her footpads and legs for injuries or swelling. Is either leg weak or lame?
