2 of my 7 eggs hatched at 25 days. I have 2 more eggs with a movement and veins inside but it is 27 days. How long do I wait? Do I step in? Thanks for all your help!

There's not much you can do until they pip and try hatching themselves. I personally would wait until there are no movement before I gave up totally. I'd probably candle and see if either of the two have internally pipped. It sounds as though you may have had a low average temp during incubation or a power failure? At 27 days it's amazing they are still moving, not impossible, just not a norm.
Hmmmm, got to be a temperature problem---real low. All my eggs that are going to hatch---have hatched by late day 21, but if all have not hatched I wait till day 22 to open----if I got a couple that have pipped but have not finished hatching---I break them out and leave them in the incubator for a few more hours. With your situation---I would toss them. If you are the curious type---break them open and see whats going on----check your thermometer before trying another batch.
