My setting for humidity is 46% is that to high for quail eggs
My temperature is 99.1 I think that is ok

Your temp is about a half degree low so your hatch timing may be off by a day or so. I'd try to raise it just a bit, but only if you feel like you that much control over your thermostat.

Humidity can be kept between 45-55% depending on what you like. Everyone will say they get good hatches only with their specific settings but the reality is they hatch pretty well anywhere within that range of humidity.

Temp I try to be exact with because 1/4 and 1/2* increments do matter a little to development but also change the way you are able to affect humidity within unit.

I use two separate units to incubate hatch but even when I didn't I've always run incubation temps at 99.75*F and dropped that down by a 1/4 or 1/2 degree at lockdown or in my hatcher to easier be able to achieve the 65-70% lockdown humidity I run at.

Basically your experience will dictate your settings down the road but as long as you're between 99-100.5 degrees and 40-60% humidity at incubation with 60-70% humidity at lockdown something will hatch.

Do not let humidity pass 70%. Water infiltration can occur drowning the chicks in the shell. If temps pass 100.5 you will see early hatchers.

Better candle them and make sure you don't have duds, exploding eggs=STINKY.
