What breeds stop laying in winter?

I live in the foothills of the Sierras near Lake Tahoe. We get plenty of nights below zero and last year even had a few days where the high never got out of the 20's. My RIR's layed eggs all winter long (6 out of 6 girls daily) for the first winter...but nothing the second winter. My EE's always stop by mid- December and start up again in Feb, no matter their age. The delawares slowed down a bit to laying just 1-2 per week, stopped in Jan, started up with the rest in Feb. This year I have hybrid sexlinks (ISA browns) so we'll see how they do in the cold.

I have never had extra heat or light in my coop during the winter.
