How to make Columbian variety

Hello all chicken enthusiasts. I raise Old English Game bantams smaller breeder. I was wondering any advise from anyone on how to make Columbian bantams. It is all an all white bird, except he has all black tail, and black stripes around his neck. The rest of the body is all white.

I would really love to have this conversation or advise from anyone and experience chicken lovers out there can give me expert opinions.

Below are some of my birds from 2012, they are a bit better in body, type and color at this point. These are all OEGB I also have a very solid start in the variety in Rosecomb.
I have a large number of extra Cockerels this year, but very few pullets. Feel Free to PM me if your interested in discussing them I will send you my number.





 
I should add I have been working on the variety in OE since 2007 / 2008 and have tried Silver Duckwing, Wheaton, and BB Red. They all work well but for the female color and pattern the wheaton works best, for males the Duckwing seemed to work best.
The cock posted above was bred directly from a wheaton hen under a Columbian cock. I still have him today, but plan to move forward with one of his sons this year as I have used him the last few years quite heavily.

Nice looking birds. Is that putting a Silver Duckwing male over a wheaten hen?

That was columbian over wheaton.
I started with columbian but were very weak in type.

Columbian over silverduckwing or bb red provides females that appear as silver quill.
 
The following are the Duckwing bred Columbian, these make for better male line birds. The color sacrifice is the female as can be seen. I found this to be the most consistent for good colored males.
