who else has eggs cooking???

Lol, I'd do that for you.  I'm just starting my flocks.  I was given a couple of adult roosters, then I hatched some ducks (4 Swedish), and a slate turkey.  Bought baby comet girls, then some more comets at 7 weeks old, same as mine were at that time.  Then I hatched 10 lavender orpingtons that are now 5 weeks old.  All of those will eventually go out to my farm.  I decided I wanted to keep some at my house, so I started some bantams.  Wasn't real particular on breed lol.  Just something to enjoy at home, once my others are gone.  Hadn't realized how much fun it is to just sit and watch them!  haha.  And maybe get a few eggs to boot!  Will let you know in a couple weeks, what comes out, unless the gal knows what they are.

Sounds familiar except for breeds..lol.
I'm starting from scratch this year after rehoming all but a few layers and banties when there was a feral dog pack roaming here. I sent you a PM back, but yes, we definitely need to stick together. .lol..not many of us around here

YAY!!!!
That is an amazing hatch!! I'm gonna have to rub your head for luck or something

We have been warm and muggy the past several days, I almost wonder if that didn't contribute to the hatch somehow. I am pretty excited none the less tho...

I got these 3 chicks last 3 days and one more med. sized one today, plus 3 due to hatch. Just put new eggs under mom

These are the bantams.

7 total out of 7 eggs. momma sat. 5 are bantams and too delicate to be with first time mom, she got the 2 big chicks.
