My chicks are now 17 weeks old 2 buff orpingtons, 1 barred rock, and 1 easter egger pullets; can I start feeding them laying crumble, I only have 2 more days worth of feed left?

I also have 1 lavender orpington rooster and an olive egger rooster that are 10 weeks old. Can I just feed grower crumble to all and offer oyster shells if they want it?

The latter is your best option. Young birds absolutely shouldn't be getting a diet of 4% calcium.
Plus, at this time of year, there's no guarantee when pullets will start laying.
I rarely feed layer any more. It's really a ration for same age females that are all making egg shells.
