is this bloody poop? need medicated feed?

Hi guys,

Is this a little bit of blood in my fluffy babies poop? Looks like it to me.
And the farm store said I didn't need medicated starter feel with only 2 chicks. BUT, everything I read says I do. ???

These are my first 2 chicks and they came from a less than desirable place and I know they weren't inoculated.

Looks liuquidy,but I never concern.I would on chicks thpught.I have saw bloody poop
but even if its not blood,id be concern.
You should probably buy medicated chick feed.Then,most people mistake this,
but be sure your putting probiotics in the water.
He could have spushed to hard.

A few questions.Do you have any other animals?What are you feeding them?
 
I only have 1 other chick.

But I have several other animals, 3 cats and 3 dogs.

The only thing I am feeding them is starter feed that I got from the farm supply store.
