That bird looks split silver pied. I would bet on it.

He could very well be, but I've no info. on his parentage, he was a rescue. The other pied male has less white, but has more silvering on his feathers than the rescued one, so both could be split silver pied. The darker male produced this pied chick with lots of silvering on his wings, the pied in back is out of the rescue boy, both moms are silver pied.
