Rooster pricing??

Looking for some help as to where to start when prices some roosters I'd like to sell. I'm fairly new to the BYC life and have never sold any chickens this far. But I have some roosters that my neighbors are less than happy with. They don't appreciate the 4:00 wake up call (or the loud crows

throughout the day)!
I have two Cuckoo Marans and a Auracana. They're all approx 4 months (hatched out on 8/4/14) and all came from Murray Mcmurray. Any help for a price point would be appreciated.
*i know I could easily give these guys away, but naturally, I'd like to attempt to aid a little off of them (especially since I ordered the marans to breed)

The Araucana is in actuality an Easter Egger, and the Marans are 'hatchery quality'. Realistically they are not worth much. You may be ahead of the game to sell them cheaply/give them away in order to maintain good relations with your neighbors.
 
Thx. Good to know. Although, I didn't order any Easter eggers!! I've considered the whole freezer camp route too. But I don't really know where to start with that either! I could always set a roosters on the neighbors front porch with a nice bow and a tag that says "free DIY chicken dinner"!!
 
The free DIY dinner just might work - or perhaps they might keep it as a pet and become more rooster tolerant.

Although advertised as Ameraucanas or Araucanas almost all such birds purchased from hatcheries are really Easter eggers.
 
Around here I can hardly give roosters away. I've decided I don't want to literally give away my time and money, so we butcher.

You can advertise them for $10 OBO and see what response you get.

X2 on donrae's post. Unwanted roosters are a dime a dozen and the classifieds are full of people trying to re-home them. Even with hatchery quality standard breeds, I've usually just given them away in the past to anyone who would take them. I have not ordered straight run chick orders from hatcheries in years for just that reason. I always order pullets. Even though it costs a little more, and I've sometimes had to order more than I needed to fill hatchery minimum orders, I've never had any trouble selling off the extra chicks and recouping my money as I have the order form showing my customers that my order was a pullet order. Good luck in re-homing your roosters.
 
donrae and Michael O'Shay are right about roos being plentiful.
