Good grief!! Ok, some questions right away, does shes smell odd, have trouble breathing, or and discharge from her nose? Does the eye have any marks/ puncture wounds??? That's a serious infection....
The pus needs to be removed ASAP! Read this:

I see no marks. And no she doesn't smell odd, have any drainage from nose or trouble breathing.
