I want more chickens! planning on expanding their coop and getting colored egg laying chickens/chicks.
Also want to incubate some eggs, this time, actually keeping an eye on it. =)

What are yours?
 
Hatching in mid Feb/early Mar: Welsummers and Olive Eggers from last years spring chicks...keeping 6-8 pullets and selling, bartering with or harvesting the rest.

New DIY chick warmer 'plate' for brooding.

Add to my harvesting gear: buy (so I don't have to borrow) scalding burner and pot, build another cone and better plucking setup.

Add small operable doors to coop partition to ease integration of new stock with old.

Smooth transition/timing of harvesting old hens with erecting coop partition wall to brood new stock in coop instead of inside.
