Hi
Can anyone tell me why Plymouth rock roosters get such a mixed rap, seemingly more than other breeds.
Some say they are the sweetest roosters on the planet and some say they are hell on earth !
I assume it might have something to do with their genetic line or is it just a case of nature vs nurture ? I am about to acquire a couple (first time for a BR rooster) and want to know whether I'm acquiring at great roast or a great flock protector for my Free range girls !!
Thanks for your thoughts.
