Chick Stopped Growing - Page 2

It was difficult to tell what was going on with it because one day it would seem to be doing better in the next day it would go downhill again. Eventually it became more and more lethargic and died.

Thank you. That's what I expect from mine too. She's so much smaller and never acted right. Here's a picture next to her hatch mate.
I'm creating Pleasant Row chickens: I'm starting with goals of cold hardy, dual purpose, and always bearded using Ameraucana, Crested Cream Legbar, Copper Marans, EE, Orpington, and Rock.
I'm also working toward improving the Cream Brabanter breed.

We just ordered 25 Plymouth Rock chicks, And we also have one that just stopped growing???
Being new at chicken farming, we are baffled here. We lost 2 at the beginning, and this little one is baffling us?
Still eats and drinks alright, and wants to cuddle for heat. But the bigger chicks are starting to peck at her, so we took her out of the flock.
Is this chick going to become a little kitchen resident LOL.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
