My chicken keeps falling over

Hi

Since yesterday one of our chooks, Matilda, keeps falling forward, temperature dropped to -5 though the rest are fine. Took her in last night fed her turmeric tea, she looks better but is still falling over. Can anyone help, advice??

She is much improved

couple of nights of TLC in the house and turmeric tea seem to have done the trick

she seems to have hurt her leg but it's improving
