I could barely walk this morning. I've shifted my work schedule again and will spend some time this morning making phone calls to the doctor and my insurance company to appeal their decision.

They are still yammering on about accumulating snow for this weekend up here. Tis the Season...

Hey there Cafe sun is out life is good.

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

My doctor called in a prescription of Tramadol to hold me over until I can get the shot. I never got my autotext from the pharmacy to let me know it was ready to be picked up so I called them. They told me they needed to speak with the provider because they thought the dose was very high and I'd never used it before. I told them that, yes, I HAVE used it before and the dose is high because I have a ruptured disc in my back and can barely walk. They still needed to confirm the prescription that was called in.
I went ahead and called the office to talk to the on-call rep. Told her that if I didn't get something for the pain, I wouldn't be able to work the next day. She called. I got the text that my prescription was ready... exactly TWO MINUTES before the pharmacy closed!!!
My sister hooked me up with some Vicodin and Tizanidine to get me through the night. I SLEPT last night! But I took more this morning and I can barely keep my eyes open. Uugh! I have to go to work.

It rained for half of the night. It was nice to hear it on the roof.
Then it cleared off and dropped to 28F and now the decks are a bit icy and frosty. Starting tomorrow night, there is snow back in the picture. Today is a MORF day before the weather turns.
The weather people have been vertically splitting the day or night weather changes; starting Thurs night, they are going diagonally to split the days and nights. Maybe they are just trying to spice things up! Maybe they need more room.
