I'd tear that out. I agree with you that pools just aren't worth the effort and expense to maintain. Unless you are in Florida or some other location close to hell.

The weather in Florida is usually hot temperature and humidity.

This hard for the elderly to take, so they stay inside most of the time.

I just got back from the grocery store. Not many eggs there at all! None of the "cheap eggs," and everything else was slim pickings. I saw a woman taking a cracked egg out of a carton to replace it with another egg from a different carton. Usually people just put it back with the lid open.

I put a bunch in the immersion blender "cup", mix them up gently then pour into silicone muffin cups in a muffin tin. Once frozen they pop out of the cups easily and I store them in gallon freezer bags. To date I've used them 9 months after freezing and they were fine.
Thank you! I have a neighbor that has a freeze dryer, and I’m hoping next time I have a bunch, I can hire them to freeze dry some eggs for me. (I just sold my horse trailer on Monday and am working on convincing DH that a freeze dryer would be a good investment.)
