We are getting our first sunny day in a while. Hope to get a little done on the pond and all the rocks and plants out of the lawn so I can mow.

Good afternoon Café!
I brought a freshly brewed pot of coffee to share while waiting for the hail shower to pass.
The chicks are already 4 weeks old today, fully feathered and spreading out quite far from momma while scratching and hunting for bugs and worms. They climb the bushes as high as 2 meters and throw themselves fly-jumping downwards and repeat. It reminds me of children having fun on a playground slide.
The aviary still houses 4 very stubborn broodies, the other two (#5 and #6) gave in and joined the flock a few days ago.
