How does someone in Minnesota have a 'coastal Blizzard'?

Do you have ocean front property that you want to sell?

Scott

I thought a coastal blizzard was defined as a2 inches or less of snow that depresses one but does not really affect anything except the driving ability of the natives..

Did I have it wrong?   :lau

I can sell you beach property, is a clear title important to you?

Composting is good for the environment..
Composting Geese is better for the environment
Composting ducks is best for the environment.
Start your composted Duck pile today,
if you do not have your duck
Borrow a neighbors duck to compost own...

Sounds about right!

I don't much care about a title, a bill of sale works for me.

I understand that banks get right picky about those papers thou.

Thanks for asking.
