I'm not a baker....not much of a cook come to that.
I do have some questions...
Will wholemeal flour work, or is white flour needed?
You write cream cheese. Can I use goats cheese without wrecking the flavor? It's a bit on the strong side as cream cheeses go.

Morning Cafe thanks for the coffee might disappear for an hour take a shower but have alerts to answer 
She really is, Shad! I swear she understands almost everything and is great at working cows without being too aggressive. Gathering cows a couple months ago, she learned to ride on the motorcycle so she didn't wear herself out. The one "dumb" thing she does is chases barn kitties, which drives me up a wall!

Yeah, they sure are. I never had any interest in smaller dogs, I guess because we always had big ones, but little Chickie has both of us wrapped around her....paw
I've not seen one in real life. Very wolfish looking and to my eyes a very attractive dog.
I've just been looking at pictures of them on the net.
I used to have a long haired Rottweiler, with a tail I might add. The herding instinct in him was pretty evident. He was a lovely looking dog and very sociable.
