BYC Café

Lunch break. Just baked 12 dozen Hungarian cookies filled with pineapple, strawberry, cherry, blueberry and peach/pineapple jam.

Brewed another pot - have at it.

The cookies sound great, thank you for the recipe Sour!

And thanks even more for a fresh pot of coffee, we're all the way up to 1* now! :woot

I'm not a baker....not much of a cook come to that.:p
I do have some questions...
Will wholemeal flour work, or is white flour needed?
You write cream cheese. Can I use goats cheese without wrecking the flavor? It's a bit on the strong side as cream cheeses go.

Now that looks like an intelligent dog!
She really is, Shad! I swear she understands almost everything and is great at working cows without being too aggressive. Gathering cows a couple months ago, she learned to ride on the motorcycle so she didn't wear herself out. The one "dumb" thing she does is chases barn kitties, which drives me up a wall!

I've not seen one in real life. Very wolfish looking and to my eyes a very attractive dog.
I've just been looking at pictures of them on the net.:)
I used to have a long haired Rottweiler, with a tail I might add. The herding instinct in him was pretty evident. He was a lovely looking dog and very sociable.
