Thanks.
I've been working on building a wiring harness for about 3 weeks... well, 11 working days. It's been two steps forward, one step back the whole way. I was out last week so the guy I've been working with applied and shrunk the tubing, slid on the boots and clear sleeves then plugged the remaining connectors. We were pleasantly surprised that it passed electrical test. Yay!!
I then worked with a seasoned harness builder on the transition boot. After that PITA was shrunk down I was in the home stretch. THAT'S when I noticed that the clear sleeves was missing on one of the legs!!!!! :he:barnie:he:barnie
You have to put them in before you plug the connector.
Now we have to un-plug the connector, remove it and the backshell so we can slid on the stupid clear sleeve then re-plug the connector and retest. That's going to set me back at least 10 hours.

Thanks.

Yikes, that cost a lot of time. Should be good to go after that if it passed the test before? Or could something be garbled up in the process of unplugging, putting the sleeve on and plugging back in?
