True Dat...diff than a 'few tears'.
Did a lot of that in the couple years after my dad's suicide and my sons OD.
That must have been very tough 
Morning and thanks for the coffee! Warm and "breezy" here. Lots of moose hanging out in the hood. I guess all of the fires have pushed them. Might be a while before all of the feed grows back and I guess they don't like blackened willow or currant flavors!

I signed up to a short course on food waste and have had lots to read these past couple of days; I had no idea how bad the problem is and that we consumers are the worst offenders - by far! Still, that means we can change it too

Good morning Cafe'. The coffee pot was empty so I brewed fresh - have at it in good spirit.
Grief is a difficult and varied thing...it comes and goes, often not when you think it will.
Sometimes you have to 'schedule' some relief, a good crying jag when in a safe place, other times you have to squelch it.
As we age they pile up, each new death/loss can bring back all the others.

And can hit you like a ton of bricks. Sometimes it's nice to have someone to talk to about it. Even if not to delve deep, just talking about the person can help.

Cloudy and dreary today, but supposed to hit 50° again! Most of the snow has melted in low-lying areas and it's strange to see how green the grass still is.
