If you are going back in 3 weeks it should have been Pfizer, Moderna is 4 weeks.


Similar to my experience, the 2nd day after I didn't feel any pain. Second shot next Friday.

Ha, well silly me got insurance after I got RA. But I have it, so I'm going to count myself lucky.

The problem with health insurance is you still have to play their ridiculous games. She had me stop the hydroxychloriquine Monday and put me back on it today in conjunction with the methotrexate. Basically, the HQ didn't hurt me and the insurance will not let me try another drug unless I've used at least one with the MT for 3 months. That's if the MT doesn't work.

But I'm doing this number :fl What else can you do?

I think so. The power had blipped off at home too because I had to reset the clock on the microwave and the tripped GFCI receptacle in the bathroom.
I'll have to really pay attention at head count tonight to make sure none of the chickens blew away!

My normal sister called again to give me another heads up. Apparently CS woke UN up in the middle of the night last night to tell him they were going to come up to my house when I was gone and UN was going to record DH while CS questioned him about how I abuse him. :rolleyes:
I told my sister to get it back to them that if I find out they've been on my property I'm filing trespassing charges against them and if they continue this crap I'm going to have a restraining order filed.
My BIL is a lot like DH was before the Alzheimer's took him: very calm and not easily rattled. I don't think I've ever heard him raise his voice. I could hear him in the background and he is so mad at them. Kept saying "WHY is she doing this? What did Tonya ever do to her?"
Well, I rejected her. Can't imagine why. She thrives on hate and needs someone to attack.
On a funny note, at the end of our conversation my normal sister asked, "when do I get to meet your chickens??!" :lau

Nothing. When DW first got RA they started her on the basics, meaning steroids and NSAIDS. When that didn't work, and I think they tried few more "you must do this for x months" things that didn't help, they let her go on Enbrel. I think that was the year after it was first approved, somewhere in the neighborhood of 22 years ago.
