She did incredibly well on the flights. Better than I did!
It took her less than 45 minutes to win over the 5 month old chi/pom mix that the couple I'm staying with have. They were having a BLAST.
The 5 year old basset mix, not yet. But she will.

I plan to explore around town today when K & M get gone from work, we're going to a gigantic dog park where it's rare to even see another dog!

No, never been keen on travel, except for about a decade when I had a 'coach'.
I was thinking the same! Clearly we don't get out much!
Hates the crowds at airports..and anywhere else.
I only travel via grounded wheels (car, bus, trucks) but willing to try the railroad but will NEVER EVER NOT IN THIS LIFE get in the air (airplane, helicopter, hot air balloon).
So if you had to go to CA or something you’d take the week to drive instead of 6-7 hours? That’s actually kind of cool. I prefer driving and seeing sights and stuff. But I’ve done short flights like an hour or 3 at most. Not sure I’d wanna spend 7 hours in the air. And you can’t stop.

I don't mind being on the plane, it's the airports that drag me down.
