Will my runners ever lay?

Hi there I have got 5 indian runners 4 girls 1 boy! I like in the uk and they were born the beginning of May! I haven't had a single egg off them? Why is this? I feed then layers pellets. I don't give them food in the coop but in a morning they come out have a little and then go off down the field so they don't have a lot? Is it anything to do with daylight hours, and also they live with my chickens, are they too crowded or something? Thanks
 
My Runners will lay out in the field, and then if I don't find the eggs, the skunks do.

Letting them out later helps. I also like to have feed available 24/7. But many folks just feed two or three times a day. Mine were hatched in February and were all laying within 22 weeks.
