Hatchery Chicks came 2 days ago... Lost 15 already

I asked the difference about the priority vs regular and for Tx it was still gonna be 2 days. What they forgot to put in my shipment was the heat bags. Glad your arrived in good shape.
 
That's what Meyers Hatchery told me also. But I contacted the US Postal Service directly and they guaranteed next day express shipments. I received a call the next day at 11:30 a.m. from the post office. I drove down and picked them up. From now on I will pay for express shipping.

I explained to them that several were unable to hold their heads up and wanted to be upside down. Out of the 40 we lost 16. The remaining 24 are thriving and eating us out of house and home!!! I lost 16 out of 74 and the hatchery asked if I wanted credit or a refund. I'm placing another order soon so I took the credit.
 
I'm gonna get this batch old enough to move, then get my replacement's
