I just got ancona duck eggs in the mail. I outlined the airsacs with pencil. For those who are experienced with this type of thing, how is their condition? Recommendations?
Thank you!

No I havent

As long as they don't have micro cracks from shipping (you'd see when you candled for the air space), they look good. Hatching shipped eggs is always a gamble, because temperature and bouncing around during shipping can cause damage to the embryos that you can't see with candling. I have had as high as 80% success with shipped eggs, all the way down to 0%.
Shipping also disrupts the air space. Watch for a saddle shaped air space as the eggs get closer to the hatch date. If you find one, mark it so you can watch it. Irregular air spaces from shipping can often mean the need for an assisted hatch later.
I have not had a shipped batch yet where I didn't have an assist in the bunch.
Just keep a close eye on them as they develop. They need a little more babysitting than unshipped eggs, but you can still usually get decent hatch rates.
