Thanks! One thing I was THRILLED to find out last year, after DH died, was that you can take shredables to UPS and they will weigh it, charge you, and you're done with it. They shred it in their industrial shredder! Awesome! So yeah, I had to sort it all, but it wasn't as much total crap as it was with DH (Mom wasn't a hoarder, DH was going that direction), plus we moved mom into assisted living back in 2009, so a lot of her stuff had already been gone through. It wasn't anywhere near as hard as doing after DH died.
BIG PLUS - Mom didn't leave me with $25,000 debt.... Makes life a lot easier for me.
