We moved to Fredericksburg, VA in the fall of 2013 from the more urban city of Arlington, VA to pursue a dream of establishing a small homestead where we can raise animals, grow a little of our own food and learn about homesteading. I look forward to learning from BYC!
So far it has been more about the chickens. We started with three red sexlinks and now we are to the point where we've had to stop naming the birds. Once we hit 30 named birds, enough was enough.
