How to get stray chicken into coop?

since I'm the only person in the area with chickens,a neighbor and an officer brought this guy to me this evening. I explained that it was not my bird and I was told he/she had been running around alone for several days by itself. So I agreed to take it in if by chance someone reports a missing chicken they know where to look.... it appears to be pretty beat up so it's isolated for now... any suggestions and possibly anyone identify the breed??

Easter Egger cockerel. Could be why he was running loose. A lot of people think it's better to dump them and let them fend for themselves rather than give him to someone that will make him soup.

I have 2 roosters one is a silkie. .. I'm afraid to have another male in the bunch... they are conversing between the screen of the back porch

Also he has LARGE hard spurs.... should I find another home for this bird or try to introduce to the flock?
