Our Saxony ducks are Holderread’s SHOW quality line of birds. Saxony duck lays a heavy, large duck egg, so shipping, handling, packing, materials etc are based on individual order. This is for the week of 6/1/2015 Ducks are laying very well and not expected to go broody anytime soon.If you want to order but don't have paypal, please contact us either on BYC message or on farm email: [email protected]. If you are new member on BYC with limited messages, feel free to contact us at the farm email ([email protected]) but please tell us your BYC name.
Costs: Eggs are $4.00 each with minimum order of 5 eggs and maximum order of 10 eggs per order. Maximum per order will be 10 duckling eggs. Should you want two boxes of eggs (max of 20 eggs) we can accommodate that on the same ship date based on current laying patterns. Heating pack for 72 hour heating will be an extra $5 on top of regular shipping per box. We use a double box system, #4 #7, not a slide in a prepaid box. As stated by Holderread when we purchased our ducklings and on his web page, the stock is “out of special exhibition matings.Keep in mind that not every baby out of even the best stock will be a show bird”. We do accept Paypal as well as USPS money orders. Please pm me directly to purchase with your zip code included. We wrap and ship carefully but do not guarantee hatch rate or replace eggs as shipping and incubation/brooding is out of our control.
