Raising while also Profiting from Chickens??

Bama1, If you find time, explain to me what auction trader and just in time are all about. If I can sell more eggs on there, that would be awesome!

Read through the rules they are a little different from each other. Have good photos of your birds. Pack the shipped eggs very well. Have verified fertility of the eggs. Build a good reputation. I usually sell at the beginning of the year and word gets out about my eggs and i end up with a big wait list, and only do the auction or BIN (Buy It Now) sale if a preorder falls through. Any other question feel free to ask me.

It's beginning to take shape and potential customers are lining up to buy these birds and seem willing to 'wait' for an extended period of time for their birds. The best money (most profitable) is finished-processed birds and many of the potential customers are medium to high-end restaurants at ski-resort.

My Son has been caponizing for almost 25 years, my daughter...only about 1 year. I'm certain I'll be helping.... I've been caponizing/poulardizing for more than 40 years.
