Quail chick crop issue

Due to the size and growth difference of this chick I think it is an impacted crop, and unfortunately at his age, I would not pay to take him to a vet even if you could find one who would give him a chance. You could try putting him somewhat away from the others, like separate him just enough that he has his own bowl of food and water, to see if the bigger ones are keeping him from the food or if it is the crop issue. Is he getting grit?
You could try to empty the crop but at his size I don't think its a good idea.Best of luck to both of you.

thankyou for the best wishes. the chick is still going, when the crop is large i get it out and give a little massage ove done that like 3 times in two weeks. seems hes eating drinking and pooing fine.
