Hard to Peel Eggs

I bet they were good. Just couldn't trust myself to do uncooked. To Americanized I am
Maybe so ... , but those Asian ones were just *salty*, that's it ...

Now yours ... , must have some more then just salty taste (vinegar and spices), so I will try your method.
I do love a lot of stuff *pickled*.

We put the eggs fresh off of our counter into a pot of cool water, bring the water to a boil, remove the pot from the heat, and cover for 15 - 20 minutes. Then we rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking process. That way we get lovely hard boiled eggs with no green ring around the yolk.
