All I ask is that you do not act like a God, if you are creating spells, I don't care if its gibberish you made up, or a different language, but keep record of the spells you make, in a notebook or something, that will be your Spellbook, and you will learn new spells and add them. And please do make the spells make some kind of sense! I want a respectable Roleplay here, I don't mind having some fun, I even encourage it, but don't be stupid or anything of the such.

History: Elicia grew up in the slums, but she never let it get her down, she was bullied, but nobody really cared except for her parents, she stopped going to school after students there started carrying knives and guns and teachers couldn't do anything about it, the police we're a joke and they sat around their headquarters chatting and being lazy, Elecia knew she had powers, but she didn't know what to do, but every night she goes to sleep, and she sees colors, Reds and blues, greens and yellows, purples and many other colors, she always played around in them, and whenever she got close to them, she felt surges of powers, but she could never harness them, they sat there dormant, she wants to save her city, but she knows she cant, shes just a teenager.
Description: Elecia has Strawberry blonde hair, she has a yellow/green eye, and a yellow/blue eye, and pale, creamy skin, she is 5'9, taller than many girls, and she has tattoos that are all over her body, bullies always held her down and they wrote things on her like LOSER, FREAK, IDIOT, TRASH, STUPID, and so on, so she always wears long sleeved shirts and gloves, and wears boots and jeans, but there are still visible tattoos on her face and neck that people laugh at.
